my god did I fall in love with their writing style,
Not only did callender never use felix’s deadname but the way he describes felix’s feelings about gender resonated with me so clearly and helped *me* come to terms with my gender.
They also describe felix’s process of creating art in the most beautiful way.
Something else I loved???
The discussion of class.
Seeing felix talk with his more privileged friend resonated with me so much and it was written so incredibly well, especially when they discuss their future together.
