Trinity: A Graphic History of the First Atomic Bomb
by Jonathan Fetter-Vorm
I really enjoyed this graphic novel. It presents the story of the first atomic bomb in an interesting way that didn't overwhelm the reader with too much scientific detail. Yes, I had cursory knowledge of the people and events referred to in this book. Still, I found myself fascinated with information I had never heard before. As the author points out in the afterward, it would be impossible to tell the whole story of Trinity in a 150-page graphic novel but it is a good overall introduction to the subject matter.
Well done Mr. Fetter-Vorm.
