The book started off strong, wasting no time with the creepy house. At points I was even a bit unnerved by the scenes, and the descriptions. The author really nailed the irritating little sister character as well.
There was a lot going on in this book so it felt like the plot was being pulled in too many different directions.
The plot twist was not what I was expecting, and not in a good way. I feel like it left more questions than answers, and then the book ends abruptly...
