Hours Inside Out by Isabella Preisz

I received this in the middle of the day today, a (seemingly) unoriginal and dissociative Tuesday in January.

By the late afternoon slump, I decided to put everything else aside and just indulge. And I'm so glad that I did. This is certainly one that I must reread, one where the words need to soak in.

Disjointing at first glance, the structure soon takes over in a lovely, dreamlike rhythm.

If there was such a thing as a bathtub bookshelf, this would be facing front.
