DNFed at 28%. I pride myself in finishing books no matter what, but I could not convince myself to get through this. I finally gave up today and read spoilers so I’d know. I’m glad i did not continue.
I never connected with Rielle, so I only really liked Eliana’s journey and it was just too slow moving.
Someone else said it here, but they said it perfectly. On paper all of the components seem like it would make an amazing series, but in reality something was missing and it made this unreadable in my opinion.
