people are saying that this is body horror and gross and it is both of those but it’s really not bad (especially not compared to the other wormy horror book i read this year) (it’s not gratuitously gross in a way that makes for a bad book anyway)

also the audiobook narrator is excellent her voices for didier and the baron were bang on
