This was a Libby book, which means I just looked for audio books that looked interesting and picked one. It's a historical fantasy and I enjoyed it.

The ending is super depressing though - nothing ends up going to plan in this book. And sometimes that is kind of nice - things shouldn't always work out for everyone, it's boring.
