Incredible. I opened up the first few pages and it had me hooked from beginning to end.

It is VERY violent and violence is described Im explicit detail. Especially on part 3. Definitley pick up with caution.

I have so many memorable quotes from this book and many points that I have highlighted and will be returning to. The commentary on war and religion- exquisite.

I do agree with some comments on its weaknesses. It was a bit strange that we got no background on the new characters introduced in the Cike but I’m hoping that will come as the series goes on. I’m obsessed and going straight into the next.
