3.5

I feel like the premise of the book is way better than the execution, but I rounded up my score because I did have a good time reading it.

I particularly enjoyed the passages about the meaning of life and philosophy. The set-up of the "magic system/the world" was a bit shaky to me, and the lives that Nora explores do not feel particularly impactful.

Good book to read if you have been experiencing a reading slump.
