The last book of the trilogy is definitely the weakest, but it's still a worthwhile read.
The main character this time is a woman, and unfortunately Liu Cixin only knows how to write a woman as a stereotype. There's an unconvincing love plotline that ultimately detracts from the whole book. The sci-fi this time is softer than ever, and humanity behaves even more unrealistically. Still, the ideas Liu Cixin puts forth are fun to ponder.
