An enjoyable listen, but the “twist” was obvious from miles and miles away. Still, the way the story was crafted was engaging enough to be an entertaining (if perhaps slightly shallow) experience—it’d be a great airport read. Overall my feelings on this book are just “it was fine,” but I enjoyed myself enough that I think I’ll read the sequel if it’s easily available.
