Oseman always explores mental health so well and this is no exception. It goes into detail of the process in the UK for getting help from a GP (and the long wait times!) and feels a really realistic portrayal. Obviously, everyone's mental health is different, so everyone may not relate to this in the same way but I like that it gives the message that it is always ok to ask for help if you are struggling.
Graphic: Eating disorder and Mental illness
Minor: Self harm, Medical content, and Homophobia
