Ugghhh this was kind of super boring, repetitive, and cringy. All these people need therapy. It's one thing to want to be taken care of, it's another thing to substitute that for learning to actually budget your income. And spending 20 years fulfilling a promise an age gap person pulled from you when you were 18? And his next relationship is an age gap? ~TRAUMA~

That's the characters. The plot is boring. It's literally "age gap bad, boss/employee bad", over and over and over again. Just a whole book of that. And then there's no resolution to either of those things. It's an incredibly unsatisfying solution.
