Shopaholic to the Rescue by Sophie Kinsella
5.0

If this does end up being the last of the Shopaholic series (I hope not!), then what an adventure!!

Becky & Co. go on a road trip spanning the U.S. west coast and from the beginning of the story to the end, it's been a fantastic, well-paced, fun ride! I really enjoyed the storyline and while it was fun and fast paced, I truly liked the depth of the characters that Sophie showed. In this last novel, we get to see sides of Becky, Suze, Graham and even Tarkie that we've never read before and it was refreshing.

Without giving away the story, I laughed and loved how Elinor and Janice really blossomed in Vegas! :D

Finishing "...to the Rescue" completes a big notch on my bucket list to read the entire "Shopaholic" series in order together; nothing but Shopaholic. I loved the journey, enjoyed seeing Becky Brandon (neƩ Bloomwood) grow, and treasured seeing her relationships with her parents, her bff Suze (and the Cleath-Stuarts), her friends (Danny, etc.) and of course her loves, Luke & Minnie take a natural course.

I highly rec this book for any Kinsella or chick lit fan. Out of the 8 Shopaholic books, this one has to be in my top 3!
