This is easily my most favorite of this series, and it definitely ended with a bang. Banging. LOTS OF BANGING. I was not prepared for the level of SPICE in this installment, but I wasn't exactly upset about it. It can be read alone but I would definitely recommend reading the previous two books in the series. It helps to have some background knowledge of the other characters, as they continue to play a major role in this book.

I loved Margo and Olivia, and I thought their story and history was really amazing. I think the one thing that has frustrated me most in this series is the miscommunication trope -- because omfg, why can't they just TALK ABOUT THINGS (it would save so much time)?!??!?!!?!? But while this was a used trope again, it wasn't quite as painful as I remember the two previous books being, and I really enjoyed the tension (and spice) between them before they finally had the talk.
I'm glad Elle finally had THE TALK with Margo, and god, that feeling of relief when two characters finallllllllly admit their feelings for each other? It's a relief.

There's also a Cat, and I love the cat.

The smut is.....wowza. Let's just say my drives to and from work got a LOT more distracting over the last week, lmao.

I'd love to pick up the physical copies of these books eventually. I enjoyed them enough that I'd read again -- I just wish we could avoid the miscommunication trope at times.
