This was my first book by this author but I am intrigued to read more from her. This book was full of twists and turns and made me say "WHAT" out loud a few times. I will admit I did have to keep reminding myself who was who because there were quite a few characters in this family. The switch between first and third person was confusing at times as well. Overall I enjoyed the snowy, isolated setting and especially reading it at this time of year.
