challenging informative slow-paced

One of my professors at Wharton recommended this book, and it’s a great but depressing read. I felt reminded to pick it up after it was mentioned in Too Big to Fail so it felt like a callback to read the epilogue.

On an somewhat unrelated note, the same professor once said that CEOs targeted by activist campaigns write secret response letters to make themselves feel better, even if the letters could never see the light of day because of legal and PR reasons. This book feels like a very well researched secret letter that slipped through and got published.
