I’ve been reading these books for over a decade— I remember laughing out loud on the subway while reading the first one. I had heard that their quality decreased as the books got past #5, and last week #12 gave me so much anxiety I was ready to give up after I read #13, which I had already acquired.

#13 was perfect. Greg Heffley is back!
