This is one of the first modern plays I’ve read and it was a fun time! Super funny and touched on some serious topics as well such as psychological/emotional trauma, school bullying, and substance use. I won’t lie her being a minor did irk me a lil (made the whole kidnapping feel more weird for sure) but it was still a very thought provoking plot. Would be interested in seeing this done live some time!
