At times this is an uncomfortable read with how the characters are getting bullied. It wasn’t till half way through the book that I began to get roped into the story. I enjoyed Mieko’s discussion around ethics, and how people choose to view life and their accountability with the actions they take. 

I would have liked to know what happened to Kojima, but I’m excited to read more by this author.
