This is my favourite way any of the mmcs meet Rachel in this series, hands down. It's the perfect introduction to the world and their relationship.
I love Jake. He deserves the whole world.
Edit after reread: Jake is unmatched. He's just superior. Are Jakes out there in the wild irl? Probably not. Actually, scratch that - Definitely not. Bi golden retriever kings with a sweet streak as wide as their spicy one? Not real, I get it... But gods, do I wish they were. Not even for me, just so I could regain some modicum of hope for the male species... But also a little for me, too!
