In Aeternum by Maxime Jaz

5.0

(4.5/5) Brooding. Dark. Sexy. Jaz delivers again! I adored the chemistry between main characters Jay and Roman - sparks fly from their very first meeting. Jay is a college student by day, and a sex worker by night, working himself to the point of exhaustion to pay for his mother's medical bills. One night he meets a sexy stranger, Roman, a centuries-old vampire battling demons of his own. Jay believes their tryst is a one-time thing, but he can't get the man out of his mind. Roman also finds himself obsessed, possessed by deep feelings he no longer thought possible. As the two begin to navigate a relationship, each discovers the other needs protection and care. As with many of Jaz's books, some themes are dark, so you'll want to mind the CW/TW. I have said before that I'm a fan of Jaz - and this book just makes me yearn for more from this author! (Note: I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.)
