The Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka

did i take way more time than actually required to finish this? yes.
did the symbolism physically hurt at times? yes.
will I refer kafka to therapy? yes, I will pay the bills as well
moving on,
i feel like everyone has a different enterpretation of metamorphosis and for this i dely like this was a story or commentary on mental health where instead of the issue being quote on quote mental and in your head was a physical entity, the metamorphosis itself.
also the metam rphosis on his parents and his sister, the disgust, the apple, the change he felt himself, the parallels and differences between the old and new him all screamed a person before and after being mentally tarnished.
anyway, great read loved it, will definately read more of his work soon but not right now because I still need to mentally recover from that last chapter
