If John Green wrote wattpad smut this would be it. Pretty predictable plot/characters that still hits right in the gut. Was a good filler book but not my favorite writing style. Fast moving story (kinda the point) that seems pretty unrealistic at times (it’s a book) but as someone who generally reads fantasy…. With how fast some stuff moved I was subconsciously waiting for a fated mates trope. I will also say that there is a kinda weird heteronormative vibe given off that felt a lil strange at times. No hate at all- still enjoyed the read.
