Initially, I was intrigued but not really interested in the characters and the plot - the writing style just felt bland and I was getting bored waiting for them to start the hunger games. Now afterwards I don’t know why I thought that. It’s quite simply written, but soooo good. I basically read it in one sitting and did not want to put it down.
