Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson

4.0

A good book all around, exploring morality, innocence, and nature. There is also an interesting thread of a person who is given a bad hand in life from the start turning out bad due to society not caring for them. I was actually surprised to find that the expected plot twist was not there at all - Long John Silver is not Captain Flint I mean. Also toward the ending there is an interesting comparison of pirates by title and pirates by nature, which I found excellent.
