This was pure drama --- shallow drama with plot holes. The story was predictable and the heroine was annoying and delusional. Fortunately, I loved Gossip Girl and The OC when I was younger, so I have always had a soft spot for cheesy teen drama like this. Chuck and Blair were my couple goals (which I now realize is bad because they had a tendency to be toxic), so I naturally shipped William and Chloe.
But honestly, if you're the kind of person who loathes everything I just mentioned, do not read this.
