My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult
4.0

This was no easier to read (and finish) than the first time. It's such an emotional roller coaster, a flip flop of anger and sadness and sympathy and frustration and injustice. It's a journey of character development, an experience of eye-witnessing the daily trauma of disease and death and cancer in others' lives, how it both brings together and rips people apart. It's a story of love and loss, of sorrow and gain; it's a lesson on relationships with family, with friends, with responsibility and authority, the power we are given and what we choose to do with it. My Sister's Keeper is a brilliant book, and I recommend it to everyone who appreciate a beautiful tear-jerker.
