As an older sister, and a mother, I found this a very emotional read. I was frequently in tears. Not an easy book. Hard to put down though. The narrative jumps all over the place in time which is rather difficult to follow at first - but it all comes together in the end. Enjoyed would be the wrong word for my experience of this book but I did appreciate it and would recommend it. I think I will have to lend my copy to my sister first.
