My April Book of the Month! Loved this story!!! It had everything and I immediately fell in love with these characters.
Luc, Deke and Kimber
It was everything a love triangle should be with willing participants! And Deke - his character was complex. We knew that when he was first introduced in Wicked Ties - but I was not expecting this level of complexity where his sexual preferences depended on not only one but two people. Kimber - she fell into the typical troupe of a girl who did not understand the complications that come along with love! And were we all so happy when she ditched the pop star and took on two boyfriends! Then, Luc...Luc resonated with me the most considering the infertility issues me and my husband currently face. He need to start a family at any cost was admirable, but at the same time clouded his judgment and created a situation where he was using people for his own personal gain.
This was a powerful story and left me wanting more from Shayla Black! From the love, the sex, the suspense and the mystery of these story created a page turner that I could not get enough of!
