Second chance at Sunshine Inn started strong. Grumpy and sunshine troupe- second chances- returning to sell property willed to them with split ownership. Simple clean romance but the characters needed more development and to learn communication skills. The narrator was fine but had to speed up to over 2 as it was so slow. Downgraded to three stars because of the MMC mother’s storyline was so dragged out that it lead me to think of a different trauma occurred (and was mad that it didn’t even cross the MMC mind that it could be the reason for her reaction) that when it was finally revealed it was anti climatic. Overall, a quick enjoyable Summer read. Thank you Net Galley for the advanced copy of this audiobook.
