I really enjoyed C&P, though I'm thankful to be done for the sole reason that the song Love, Love, Love by the Mountain Goats has been stuck in my head for the past two months, which is getting old, even for how great of a song it is. I've found that it's almost always the minor characters who stick around in my head after a big Dostoevsky romp. In this case, the two painters and the two (justifiably) mad mothers.
