A Clash of Kings by George R.R. Martin

5.0

The second book in George R. R. Martin's stellar A Song of Ice and Fire series. This one takes the slower pace of the first book and banishes is. There's so much that happens that it seems ages ago when you first questioned the motives of Melisandre. And the end of the book is always so uplifting after hundreds of pages of doom and gloom.
