An endearing "romance" under the guise of horror. This story has the reader rooting for the "monster" over most of the human characters the protagonist has to deal with. Do not be misled into reading this book if you're looking for a monster-focused horror, the antagonists are people. Don't also read this if you're looking to feel fear. Rather, I would recommend this book if you like stories about friendly (bloodthirsty) monsters.
