I want to thank Chanel Miller for writing this book. I know that you put everything you had into telling your story. You are a very brave young woman and I’m so sorry that this horrible injustice happened to you. You are a survivor!
It took me more than the usual time to read this book. I just had to take a breather and digest each chapter. This evening I read the last chapter- the victim impact statement. I still have tears running down my face. I want to implore everyone to read this- men and women. I hope it truly transforms our thinking about sexual assault.
