This was entertaining, funny and a good listen.
I like that it's set up as a serious self help book but has hilariously insane ways to quit social media which you can't help but laugh out loud at. 
I gave it three stars because I honestly don't know if it would've held my attention enough to finish it if I'd read as opposed to listening to it. 
However James Acaster is hilarious as always and I did enjoy this book.
