I loved this book, and have only marked it down a star because it just wasn’t as good as Call of the Penguins! I absolutely devoured the book never mind…
I love the topic of presumably and autistic person and their way of life and how she comes to him. I think that it’s such an unusual place to start, but after reading that Hazel Prior is a Harpist, it all came together a bit more… write about what you know and all that!
With regards to the flow of the book, I found it hard to get into, then happily read along, then at the most dramatic parts I flew through the prose.
Can’t wait for the next one now!
