Clueless Puckboy by Eden Finley, Saxon James

4.0

Another entertaining, fun and romantic story from this super duo that is Eden and Saxon. True to their style, the authors bring us once again a member of the Queer Collective and his adventures and misadventures on his journey towards his HEA.

Ayri Quinn was truly a study in contrasts, someone who goes to ridiculous lengths to prevent Vance from noticing and treating his injury, as in front of him he becomes this shy and fluttered person due to the intense attraction he feels, which makes him feel too "excited" when he is around Vance, and then we have this other person totally confident and daring when the bedroom door closes and it's just the two of them. He is also someone who constantly doubts himself and his talent on the ice, spiraling too much into his head, which prevents him from playing to his full ability, something that changes little by little with Vance's help.

And Vance... I can't say I know much about him, someone who at first tried to deny his attraction to Quinn and hesitated and hesitated, but once the dice were cast, he just dove right in and threw himself into the relationship between them.

And as always, a pleasure to see the Collective again. Each and every one of them, and although I have my favorites, like Asher and Kole or Foster and Ezra, I love them all. The banter among all of them is simply unique!

I was given an advanced copy and voluntarily wrote a review.
