Saving June by Hannah Harrington
2.0

This book was such a cliche. I was laughing when I was reading the back, but hey I got it for free to review so might as well TRY to like it, right? The two stars is for the good "playlist" the author made for the book. If that wasn't there then I would probably rate this as .5 star if I could. I found everyone of the characters unlikeable, unrealistic, and a walking cliche. Harper is the typical younger more rebellious sibling, June is the older goody-two shoes who deep down has low self-esteem, and Jake is the classic bad boy with the bad rep but the cool artistic side that every girl just loves... blegh. This type of story has been done a thousand times over, and then ending is so predictable. One thing I found funny were Jake's pseudo-intellectual wealthy pot smoking hipster friends who like to protest pretending they actually give a crap about the world when in actuality they protest because it's the cool thing to do. *rolls eye*
