Whispered Lies by Dianna Love, Sherrilyn Kenyon

3.0

This book is ridiculous, but it's pretty much exactly what the back-cover blurb promises, so if you picked it up, you probably won't mind.

Specific ridiculous points: Carlos Delgado works for the Bureau of America Defence. Yes, that's right, he works for BAD. If you can view a large image of the cover, you'll see it advertises itself as "A BAD AGENCY NOVEL" which does not necessarily sound like an endorsement. The cheesiness does not stop there; BAD is a secret organization, so secret that the CIA and FBI don't know about it. It's not quite clear if it's actually governmet, or if they're super-sekrit extra-legal proactive vigilates.
