I don't want to say Unbreakable is a complete waste of reading time because it certainly had its moments. I will say that as far as young adult books go, it has to be targeted at a preteen/ early teen, Vampire Diary, Supernatural sort of crowd. It had elements that would appeal to those fandoms, but not quite as mature. I am not completely against the idea of reading the sequel, but I don't see myself rushing to do it.
