Absolutely loved this duology. Don’t let the amount of time it took me to finish fool you. I wanted to read every detail and devour them. I would love more from this world. Maybe a skip jump to the future focusing on the next generation.
There were moments while reading my stomach was in knots of anticipation. Others where I felt what the characters were feeling. And overall just a sense of hope while reading.
Anyway. 5 glowing stars. Highly recommend.
I still need to finish this author’s other, more famous duet, but I said this before and will say it again. Idk how this one isn’t just as popular if not more than divine rivals.
