This book was bad lol

The title sounded interesting and the book itself had good reviews and even if I'm not into self help books, I started reading it and oh boy, I can't remember how many times I rolled my eyes at he was saying.

Perhaps there's some good advice in this pages, but the author is ruining it (at least for me). I remember being at least half into the first chapter and already thinking "wow, he's an asshole, how can so many people have good reviews of the book". As I said, some of the information is interesting and gets you thinking, but the comments are just not it.

Starting with how he speaks of women, you can clearly tell he's misogynistic and don't really respect women nor femininity. This bothered me a lot during the book.

The way he expreses about several things seems inapropiate due to the topics he's touching, and might give the wrong impression to the reader about the importance of these topics.

Back to the information and tips provided... They're nothing new. You might have already heard about them (probably from a better source) or thought them yourself. Of course it's not the same when you think about these things you might do to better your life, compared to when you feel called out from an external source. It has some kind of effect, but in my opinion, it's just not worth reading.
