Such a wonderful story of two men finding each other later in life. Neither was looking for anything serious. But they found themselves spending all their time with each other and enjoying it!
They found pleasure in the mundane together. They supported the other without question.They realized they didn’t need to go through life alone. They found happiness, even in difficulties! Mags and Laurie were just so natural together. Neither had to pretend to be anyone other than their true self.
I adored how they would tease each other. Plus, they both had such dry sense of humors. They were delightful.
It was just an enjoyable listen about older men finding their HEA!
