The Peer and the Puppet by B.B. Reid

5.0

Four & Ever are serious goals. Not only is she not about to put up with his nonsense, but she has some for him too!
Rosalyn is a heartbreaking character, and finding out how Four got her name just slayed me.
The side characters are mixed into the story so thoroughly, and I loved getting to know them as well.
I can’t wait to find out how everyone handles the ongoing problems, especially Jamie..... I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
In the meantime, this gets a million stars, because Reid consistently hits it out of the park for me in every aspect of her novels. She gives me the right amount of steam, and angst, and our enemies walk such a fine line. Brilliance, as always!
