As soon as I heard about a crime novel set in the glamorous world of ballroom dancing I just knew I had to be involved. The Godfather of Dance is the perfect blend of these. I used to read a lot of books about crime/Mafia families, and have recently got back into them. This book did not disappoint, I was gripped straight away. The dance lingo was spot on too.
Anton is so brave to have walked away from a family who's motto is "loyalty to family no matter what." But truth and honesty are more important. Jade is braver than I am, I'm not sure I'd risk my life for a journalistic story.
I just couldn't put this book down.
