This book is literally explained in the introduction. And just repeated for every chapter with antidotes from people it has worked for. To me, it could have made a great article in a paper or magazine, but had to fill an entire book.

I do look forward to trying the 5 Second Rule for getting out of bed in the morning, and the chapter on anxiety may help me in the future with flying. These things are the only reason I am rating the book at 3-star review. Otherwise it was the same information regurgitated over and over again.
