Luke's Absolution is the third installment in the Calloway Series. All the books in this series are stand alone novels but I recommend that you read them in the order they are written.
Luke Calloway is the "black sheep" in the Calloway family. He's tall, dark. brooding and his emotions are beautifully depicted in black and white all over his body. He doesn't believe he is deserving of anything because of his dark past, but he meets a Adeline, a woman that spits fire with her verbal lashings. He suddenlt realizes what he's missing and goes for it.
Adeline Monroe (Addy) wants someone to love her first and foremost. She's attracted to men who are in love with someone else and she is tired of being second. Her biggest weakness are men that are tall, dark and tatted, just like her brother's best friend. When her apartment is hijacked by the other owner of the lease, she has to figure out a way to keep her wits about her.
This and every other book in this series are a MUST READ! The characters are real, relatable and I feel as though everyone can connect with them on a personal level in some way.
K.L. Kreig is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. I can't wait to read the next installment!
