Geez. I could not tell you what it's about because it's so so forgettable. The premise sounded interesting but none of it actually made it into the book.
The story felt underdeveloped and none of the characterssstuck out at all to me. 
Marie Harte really can write but this one she screwed up, it is however teasing a sequel (which exists) so maybe the story will actually progress? But I'll probably never find out
