hard to get into and some chapters i didn’t get but overall a decent book

how impossible all of that seemed, this poor woman having to pray all by herself

how much more would she need to pray for heaven to accept this man?

we stare out into the ocean as waves break, marveling not only at nature but how far we’ve come to have a moment to ourselves among it all
